Verfasst am: 19.12.2014, 08:40 Titel: Linear vs Standard Servo for PropoBit? |
|
|
I've been researching my Propobit project and have found both linear and standard servos that are small enough for my project. I'm not talking about size, I'm solely thinking about steering performance.
I though a linear servo would be best as it resembles the original Bit Char-G's steering behavior. However after reading this thread's last post it seems zampes would prefer to use a standard servo for his next project? That is, if Google translated the German to English correctly...
Any input appreciated.

Both servos work quite good in a Bit. It is a matter of what you like and how you want to design the mechanical link to the steering system. |
