Just took a look at your components and I really think that they are too large.
You will need a real Micro-Servo like
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=14839
You can also take it apart and use the electronics for a speed controller. But better is a real speed controller like
http://www.kkpmo.com/products/RC/index.html (Poland). There you can find a lot of usefull things for your project, too.

BTW:
Metal bodies are normally too heavy for crawlers. The cog will be to high. Try to get a plastik body, that will make your project a lot easier.

I think they have only one receiver:
http://www.shop.kkpmo.com/product_info.php/info/p799_JSTMINI-R-4P-4Kanal-FM-Empfaenger.html

I personally prefer this one:
http://www.bidproduct.com/more/cartview.php?id=1791 (currently sold out)

But a normal Heli-receiver should work, too.

For speed controller I usually take the ER300.

This is how we assemble the electronics:

What does this "Ladebuchse" mean. And can i use the transmiter from my other rc car and just swap the recever cristals from my old rc to the project will it work? Cause my radio from the old rc is 27 mhz and this is for 40 or it depends from the crystals. OR how can i use my heli recever and transmiter?

You simply cannot use a 27 transmitter with a 40 receiver. This does not depend on the crystals but on the basic electronics.
For a 40 MHz FM receiver you need a 40 MHz FM transmitter.

"Ladebuchse" means "charging port".

BTW:
Your heli electronics look like they come from a cheap toy helicopter like a pico-z. Seems to me that it works with an infrared transmission. This can of course not be used with any receiver I showed you as they are based on radiocommunication.

I am not sure if this cheap heli esc ist really usefull as you cannot connect a servo. You can control a motor, though.

Maybe you should take a look at the pictures of this thread:

Online Translation
It shows how to build an 1:60 Scale full-proportional micro car.
