homemade microIR stuff (need help)

i just recently contacted a dude with a nice idea.
he made a system that alows controll of a RC vehicle by use of the internet. he added a webcam to it so you can see what your doing from your PC at home.

he already build a largescale prototype that can shoot paintballs.
would it not be nice to actualy schoot something to pieces while you sit comfortably behind your PC ?
or even better, have a battle with other on-line controlled vehicles.

that's why i post this time,
we sprouted the idea of fitting a battlefield(strecke) like the ones beaver uses with a webcam.

he says his system can controll as many tanks as the MicroIR protocol can manage, so a battle of 4 should be possible in theory.
would that not be neat?

of course it's not operational yet for digiQ, but i think it might have some potential. maybe we can use your help in building .....
the first online combatdigiQ arena. *lol*

i don't know if it will work, or how good it will function,
but he was fooling around with VStanks.
now we can't have that !!

i think his idea would fit combatdigiQ very nicely.
i had hoped some Q people here would like his idea too.
